Last week Dean Barnett posted an interesting essay on so-called suitcase nukes:
The over-arching point here is that the menace we face from a conventional attack is in the same ballpark as the mythical Suitcase Nuke menace. And given that a conventional attack is a real possibility and a Suitcase Nuke attack isn’t, it’s rather obvious where we should direct our attention and concern.
